NTEU National Safety & Health Committee Recommends CBPOs Draftable to SWB TDYs Utilize the CBP Medical Surveillance Program Before Deployment
CBP employees are encouraged to be up-to-date on a number of preventative vaccinations available to them through the CBP Medical Surveillance Program.
A topic of discussion at the recent NTEU-CBP Health and Safety Committee meeting was the importance of CBP employees receiving available vaccines for a number of communicable diseases they may encounter on the job. This is especially important for those employees who are, or may be, doing TDYs at the southern border.
